Abstract
Plant polyphenol has good biological activity, such as inoxidizability, anti-aging, eliminate free radicals in human beings, anti-radiation, lowering blood sugar, prevention of cardiovascular disease and other health functions. Recently, it has been wildly used in food, health, medicine and other industries. In recent years, plant polyphenol research becomes more and more attractive. This paper introduces the structure and effectiveness of plant polyphenol and the extraction and quantitive determination methods of plant polyphenol.关键词
