Abstract
To study the influence of the planning and management of nitrogen fertilizer on the leaf senescence and fruit quality, the changes of physiological characters of leaf and fruit during maturation period of Red Globe were studied with nitrogen fertilizer total amount of 75 kg/667m2 applied by different ratio in different growing development stages. The results showed that the length, width, fresh weight, growth cycle, chlorophyll content, Pn, and Cs of leaf and soluble solids content and VC content of fruit all increased and titration acidity content and color decreased with the application of nitrogen fertilizer delayed. Growth cycle of leaf and fruit quality was best with the application ratio of 1:1:1. Therefore, the leaf senescence could be delayed significantly with the proper increase of application ratio of N fertilizer in the latter stage of vine development, thus favoring the delay of harvest and the improvement of fruit quality.关键词
