NaCl盐胁迫对无核白葡萄生长的影响
Effect of NaCl stress on growth of Thompson Seedless grape
摘要
Abstract
The annual of Thompson Seedless plant was used as test materials to study the effects of different NaCl salt content of matrix on the Thompson Seedless growth . The results showed that 2 g NaCl fertilizer(sand 35 kg/barrel) promoted the growth of Thompson Seedless plant, while the salt content reaches 8 g/barrel, began to affect the growth of plants, under salt plants stopped growing up to 80 g, and even emerged wilts. Low NaCl salts enhance the content of chlorophyll, photosynthetic capacity, high NaCl salt lead to the reduction of chlorophyll content, relative electrical conductivity increased, net photosynthetic rate decreased.关键词
