Effects of plant growth regulator on the berry enlargement and quality in winter fruits of Summer Black

Abstract
3-year-old Summer Black grape was conducted to study that the influences of different times, concentrations and combinations of plant growth regulator on the berry enlargement and quality in winter fruits. The results showed that the treatment with 50 mg/L GA3 during full bloom, 50 mg/L GA3+Yiguoling 2 mg/L after 5 days, 50 mg/L GA3+Yiguoling 3 mg/L after 10 days had better enlargement effect, but fruit quality had no significant effect compared to the control. The berries after treatment got the hundred-berry weight up to 740.46 g, the soluble solids up to 17.6%, and the total soluble sugar up to 166.12 g/L.关键词
