Compared with conventional qualitative PCR,the real-time fluorogenic quantitative PCR has the characteristic of simple,efficient,accurate and sensitive.Real-time analysis is a very practical method.The purpose of this article is to summarize the principle and fluorescent systems of RTQ-PCR and its application in food detection and scientific research.关键词
