Optimization of culture conditions for the rich selenium Mushroom by response surface method
目的:为了优化富硒平菇的生长配方,以周口农科院提供的平菇菌种为实验材料,对其进行了耐硒范围的测定.方法:通过单因素实验和响应面法Box-behnken Design(BBD)优化实验,采用3,3'-二氨基联苯胺盐酸盐法测定不同成分比例条件下平菇中的硒含量.结果:单因素实验结果表明:最佳初始硒含量为300mg/kg培养料,麦麸含量的最佳值是200g/kg棉籽壳,蔗糖含量的最佳值是12g/kg棉籽壳.响应面实验得出适宜富硒平菇生长的最佳配方为:麦麸2…查看全部>>
