尿激酶介入溶栓治疗急性脑梗死64例临床分析OA
Clinical analysis of Urokinase interventional thrombolysis therapy on 64 cases of acute cerebral infarction
目的：探讨尿激酶介入溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法64例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗，观察组采用尿激酶动脉溶栓治疗。比较2组治疗前后神经功能缺损改善情况、日常生活能力改善情况及责任血管再通情况。结果治疗后2 h、24 h、7 d 2组NIHSS评分显著低于治疗前，观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组；观察组治疗28 d后日常生活基本自理率显著高于对照组，溶栓再通率显著高于对照组。结论有条件及有经验的医疗单位…查看全部>>
