摘要

Abstract

To explore the optimal extraction technology for essential oil from Exocarpium citrl Grandis,Pummelo Peel leaf by organic solvent extraction .Experiment factors and levels were firstly selected by one factor tests .On the basis of the previous results and according to the central composite experimental design principles , the method of Response Surface Method with 3 factors and 3 levels was adopted .Then the optimal extraction tech-nological parameters were determined by means of regression analysis .Response surface and contour were final-ly graphed with the extraction rate as the response value .The results showed that:optimum conditions of essen-tial oil from Exocarpium citrl Grandis,Pummelo Peel leaf were as follows:the solvent of petroleum ether ,the ra-tio of material to solvent of 1∶60,and extraction time of 2.25h.The yield of essential oil from Exocarpium citrl Grandis,Pummelo Peel leaf was up to 3.05% under the optimum conditions .At normal temperatures ,the es-sential oil from HuaZhou orange leaf gained by the experiment is oily orange-yellow liquids ,which is clear and transparent in color with unique orange fragrance .
