圆柱形微波加热器的建模与仿真优化
Modeling and Simulation of Cylindrical Microwave Heating Applicator
摘要
Abstract
Based on the HFSS simulation software ,the efficiency of cylindrical microwave heating applica-tor related with the position and length of feeds ,the radius and height of inner cylinder ,and the load are inves-tigated.The law of the reflected power versus every parameter is obtained by simulation .The position and length of feeds ,the radius and height of inner cylinder ,and load are redesigned according to the law obtained by simulation .The simulating results show that heating efficiencies of the cylindrical microwave heater are im-proved to 99%.关键词
