Abstract
Change of post-harvest physiology and post-harvest disease are the most important factors affect-ing the shelf-life of Chinese Peach ( Prunus persica L.) fruit.Research advances in the studies on post-harvest physiology and post-harvest disease of Chinese Peach fruit were reviewed in this paper .Post-harvest physiology involved in the changes of fruit water loss , respiration rate , ethylene production , cell membrane permeability , phenolics,relevant enzymes ,fruit firmness,nutrients and aroma components;Post-harvest disease involved in-fectious disease and noninfectious disease .The studies on biological ,chemical and physical method for control-ling post-harvest diseases of peach fruit and its application also were reviewed in the paper .关键词
