Abstract
This study has been to establish a method of determination of puerarin in roots of Puerarin loba -ta superfine powder.SGE protecol C18 (5μm,4.6 ×250mm) chromatographic column was used ,with mix-tures of methanol and water as mobile phase (25∶75,v/v),the flow rate was 1.0mL/min,column temperature was 35℃,the wavelength was 250nm,the injection volume was 20 μL.The linear correlation of puerarin is good in range of 47~470μg/ml,the correlation coefficient r2 is 0.9998.The presented method is simple and reliable for determining of roots of Puerarin lobata superfine powder .关键词
