摘要
Abstract
A rapid method for determination of curcumin in Laiwu ginger by HPLC was developed in this paper.This method used water-ethanol(20∶80)solution as extract,and liquid chromatographic separation was performed on a Symmertry Shield RP18 column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.02mol/L ammoninum acetate (60∶40)with column temperature 25℃,and lastly detected at 425 nm through a UV detector.The sep-aration was achieved within 8min,the average recovery 98.2%,RSD2.35%,and detection limits 5.0 ×10 -4 g/kg.关键词
