猕猴桃果实采后生理、采后病害与保鲜技术研究进展
Studies on Postharvest Physiology,Postharvest Disease and Freshness-keeping Methods of Kiwifruit
摘要
Abstract
This paper reviews advances in the studies on postharvest physiology ,postharvest disease ,and freshness-keeping methods of kiwifruit .Postharvest physiology involved in the changes of fruit respiratory rate , ethylene production ,fruit nutrition ,fruit softening and relevant enzymes .Postharvest diseases consist of physio-logical diseases and pathological diseases .Freshness-keeping methods including harvesting , heat treatment , coating,calcium treatment,oxalic acid treatment,1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)treatment,ClO2treatment,cold storage ,controlled atosphere storage for kiwifruit are comprehensively summarized in this paper .The existing problems in postharvest studies for kiwi fruit and the further research fields needed in the future are pointed out .关键词
