果蔬压缩破坏特性的试验研究
Experimental Study on Compression Failure Characteristics of Fruits and Vegetables
摘要
Abstract
To explore the damage characteristics of different kinds of fruits and vegetables,the compression characteristics of three kinds of fruits and vegetables are analyzed in the study.White radish,potato and apple were selected as the research object for compression test,The destructive force,failure limit,failure energy and elastic modulus value of the three samples have been obtained respectively,the results of variance analysis shows:the mechanical characteristics of different kinds of fruit and vegetable have significant indicators,the characteristics values of white radish were significantly higher than that of potato and apple.关键词
