微波萃取-高效液相色谱法测定食品塑料包装材料中双酚A含量
Determination of Bisphenol A in Food Plastics Packings Materials by Microwave-assisted Extraction-high Performance Liquid Chromatograph
摘要
Abstract
A method for the determination of bisphenol A (BPA)in food packing materials was developed by high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC)with microwave extraction.The optiomized analytical con-dition are as follows:extraction temperature is 80℃,extraction time is 20min,extraction solvent is methanol. Under the optimal condition of determination,the linearity range of the testing method was 0.1 ~20 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.9998,the lowest detection limit was 0.1 mg/kg,the recovery rate and relative standard deviation were 88.9% ~99.6% and less than 2.2 % respectively.关键词
