Abstract
the quality of teaching is the"priority"of higher education.The social from all walks of life and of the masses, to the quality of higher education expect a rising tide lifts all boats.The construction of college teaching quality security system of our country can't according to Britain's"three stages"detours.Aiming at the present stage goals in college teaching quality assurance system operation, standard is unknown, the effect not beautiful, the present situation of the atmosphere is not straight, must reverse thinking, intensive medicine, the construction of a national policy level in colleges and universities teaching quality guarantee system, adhere to the authority of institutions, the uniqueness of the standard and operation of an iron fist.关键词
