摘要

Abstract

The learning behavior of college students determines not only the students' learning effects, future and fate, but also the quality of their colleges. The enroll exam of civil servants, which has became an important factor now, including its social atmosphere, test conditions, exam content and program arrangement, has a great impact on college students' learning behavior and may even result in deviation in their learning behavior. Therefore, enhancing guidance to the students, reducing the bad influence of"civil servants examination craze", cultivating good study habits, improving the quality of college students' learning and assisting reasonable employment are necessary to promote social harmony and progress from various perspectives of the country, the colleges and the society.
