摘要
Abstract
A single comparator types of sawtooth and square wave OSC circuit is presented, which generated a duty cycle sawtooth and square wave by charge and discharge in RT/CT with VREF Voltage, the OSC frequence is temperature-insensitive and voltage-insensitive, wave’s duty cycle could be adjusted by trimming according to needs, the article introduce the circuit working theory, and simulated by HSPICE tool. At last, tapout verification result are given.关键词
