Abstract
Microwave components compose the basis of microwave circuits, which have many varieties. Each has many types and structures, lfexible designed. Several structural models of LTCC microwave capacitance, inductance and iflter are designed. The simulation results can be concluded by the electromagnetic simulation software Agilent ADS or Ansoft HFSS, which are compared and discussed with the test results. Extracting the major parameters from the design, simulation and test results, and then designing the list, menu and so on from the collectivity, the design database system of LTCC microwave components is established, which is easy to organize, maintain and use.关键词
