Abstract
With the development on miniaturization and high integration of electronic equipment, LTCC technology is realized to be the mainstream. LTCC components, devices, substrate and integrate modules are introduced. The applications on microwave, millimeter wave and MEMS are listed by examples. Both our extremity and progress are pointed out. The development trends and application prospects of LTCC technology is reviewed.关键词
