碳纳米管/聚苯胺/四氧化三铁复合材料的制备及磁性能研究
Fabrication and magnetic properties of CNTs/polyaniline/Fe3O4 composites

Abstract
Novel CNTs/polyaniline/Fe3O4 composites were synthesized by the co-precipitation of Fe2+ and Fe3+, and an additional process of in situ polymerization of aniline monomer. TEM and XRD results show that Fe3O4 nanoparticles are uniformly dispersed on the surfaces of CNTs/polyaniline and that the Fe3O4 nanoparticles have good crystallinity. In addition, the effects of different amounts of NH2Fe(SO4)2·6H2O on the morphology and magnetic properties of CNTs/polyaniline/Fe3O4 composites were also investigated. When the amount of NH2Fe(SO4)2·6H2O is 2.4 g, the composites show superparamagnetic behavior with the largest saturation magnetization of 44 A·m2·kg-1. These results indicate that as-prepared CNTs/polyaniline/Fe3O4 composites have potential applications for electronic and new drug delivery systems.关键词
