触点初始接触电阻的分布特征与寿命相关性研究
Distribution of initial contact resistance of contact and its relationship with lifetime
摘要
Abstract
In order to predict relay’s lifetime by using initial information, based on the electrical durability test for relays, the distributions of the initial contact resistances of the contacts were studied with the methods of kernel density estimation and polynomial fitting. The results show that the initial contact resistances of relays have their own fluctuated trends, and the trends of each change are not alike. The relay is prone to early failure and has short lifetime when the large values occurr frequently in the initial contact resistance, even if the value of contact resistance go back to the normal range after operating for a while. The maximum of resistance fitting curve is approximately linear with the lifetime of relay’s initial contact resistance.关键词
