摘要

Abstract

In order to obtain low temperature sintering of ceramics, the (1–x)Ba3(VO4)2-xLi2WO4(0.05≤x≤0.20)microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared by the solid-state method. The results show that with the increase of the amount of the Li2WO4 addition, the relative density, relative permittivityεr and quality factor Q· f of the compound ceramics all increase firstly and then decrease, however, the temperature coefficient of resonant frequencyτf decreases linearly. The density of the microwave dielectric ceramics with 15%(mole fraction) Li2WO4 addition sintered at 850℃for 2 h can reach 96.8%of the theoretical density and such samples have excellent microwave dielectric properties withεr=13.7, Q·f=97 000 GHz,τf=1.8×10–6/℃.
