基于悬置微带线的U波段分谐波混频器设计
Design of a U band sub-harmonic mixer by employing suspended microstrip technology

Abstract
The design of a fixed-tuned sub-harmonically pumped mixer at U band featuring on an anti-parallel pair of GaAs Schottky diodes DMK2308 was presented. A full wave electromagnetic analysis was implemented to extract the parasitic parameters of DMK2308. The equivalent circuit model of anti-parallel diodes was established, which was employed in the design of sub-harmonic mixer. The measured results show that the mixer works efficiently in the band 50-58GHz using 10dBm of LO pump power, with a conversion loss less than 14.5dB. The measured conversion loss agrees well with the simulated one, which shows the validity of the proposed hybrid circuit model.关键词
