摘要

Abstract

The copper conductive ink was prepared by using the micron copper powder as the filler and phenolic resin as the adhesive, it was printed on the polyimide film by using the screen printing method. The effects of the copper content on the viscosity, solid content of copper conductive ink, microstructure, resistivity and adhesion of the conductive coating were studied. The results show that when the mass fraction of copper powder is 70%in the copper ink, by screen printing method, the conductive film which cures at low temperature presents good electric performances, whose lowest resistivity reaches 53.865×10–3Ω·cm.
