摘要

Abstract

PTFE composite filled with TiO2 was prepared by hot-pressing method. The effects of TiO2 particle size on the microstructure and thermal conductivity and dielectric properties for PTFE/TiO2 composite materials were investigated. The results reveal that the densities of composite materials increase with an increase of TiO2 particle size, while the dielectric loss and water absorption decrease with the increase of TiO2 particle size. The relative dielectric constant and the thermal conductivity decrease first, to reach the minimum values atD50=6.5μm, then increase with the increase of TiO2 particle size. When the particle size (D50) of TiO2is 11 μm,the PTFE/TiO2 composite material exhibits a higher relative permittivity (εr=6.8), lower dielectric loss (tanδ=0.001 2) and higher thermal conductivity (0.533 W/(m·℃)).
