常压水热法制备BTZ粉体及其在Y5V瓷粉中的应用
Preparation of BTZ by hydrothermal method under normal pressure and its application in Y5V ceramics

Abstract
BTZ powders were prepared by hydrothermal method under normal pressure. The influence of process parameters on the particle size of BTZ powders, and the effect of particle size of BTZ on dielectric properties of fabricated Y5V ceramics with BTZ as the main component were studied. Results show that by utilizing improved feeding way combined with washing control, BTZ powders with a granularity (D50) of 0.4–0.5µm and a molar ratio of Ba/(Ti+Zr) of 1.0 can be obtained. The obtained BTZ can match pretty well with anti-reducers and fluxes, thus a Y5V ceramic with excellent properties (εr≥15 000,tanδ<30×10–4,–80%≤∆C/C20≤+30%) employed in Ni-MLCC is achieved.关键词
