CT引导下肺癌射频消融术疗效评估及并发症分析OACSTPCD
Curative effect of radiofrequency ablation under CT guided lung cancer assessment and analysis of complications
目的：探索分析CT引导下肺癌射频消融术有效性及安全性。方法：选择从2013年3月到2014年9月在我院行肺癌射频消融术，肺癌患者60例，术后6个月随访，比较CT下肿物影像学改变，同时记录并发症情况。结果：60例患者在射频消融术后6个月，42例肿块的体积缩小，10例病灶大小无明显改变，内部出现空洞性坏死表现，8例未见明显变化。术后肿物CT值较术前显著减低(P=0.012)。结论：CT引导下射频消融术对肺部肿瘤治疗存在疗效，并发症发生率较低，是一种较…查看全部>>
Objective:To research and analysis effectiveness and security of radiofrequency ablation on lung cancer under CT navigation. Methods:Choose 60 patients with lung cancer who were admitted to authors’ hospital from March 2013 to September 2014.
