提高我国区域大气污染联防联控科技支撑能力的建议OACHSSCDCSTPCD
Comments on Enhancing the Role of Science and Technology in China’s Air Quality Management
区域性大气污染在我国大范围同时出现的频次日益增多，严重威胁人民群众的健康。从发达国家治理区域大气污染的经验看，在每个关键治理阶段，无论是制定治理政策措施，还是出台污染物排放标准，科学研究和科技成果都在其中发挥了关键支撑作用。建议我国相关部门在治理区域大气污染过程中借鉴国外的成功经验，加强区域大气污染成因与对策的系统整合研究，加强不同来源的环境监测信息和数据的共享与公开，加强关键问题的识别，并对大气污染领域基础性和关键性问题予以长期和稳定支持。
