Abstract
In recent years, because of long growth cycle, low breeding level , lack of policy sup-port, development of meat donkey industry in China is slow, most area range or working fed , but the prices of donkey meat and its processed products have been rising, and the nutritional value of donkey meat is very high, therefore favored by consumers. In order to further promote the development of aqua-culture and processing industries of meat donkey , through the investigation on part of meat donkey breeding and processing enterprises in China, makes a brief analysis on the current situation and exist problems,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,to provide reference basis for healthy and rapid development of meat donkey industry .关键词
