近年来，由于肉驴生长周期长、养殖水平低、产业政策扶持少，我国肉驴产业发展缓慢，多数地区以散养、役用为主，但是驴肉及其加工制品的价格却一直在攀升，加之驴肉的营养价值很高，因此，深受消费者青睐。为了进一步推进肉驴养殖及其加工产业发展，通过对全国部分肉驴养殖及加工企业的调查，对当前肉驴养殖产业的发展现状、存在问题进行了简要分析，并提出了相应的对策建议，为今后肉驴产业的健康快速发展提供参考依据。
