Abstract
Sodium alginate was taken as the main raw material to product the edible film. Different auxiliary plasticizer was added as base material, and then reacting with calcium ion to prepare sodium algi-nate edible film with good mechanical and barrier properties. According to the research,the result showed that alginate viscosity was 208mpas, sodium alginate 1. 2%, gelatin 0. 3%, sodium carboxymethyl cellu-lose 0. 4%, carrageenan 0. 1%, glycerol 0. 05%, CaCl2 was 4%, the best drying time and temperature was 50℃ and 4. 5h. The product with moderate thickness, smooth surface, moderate hardness and gel strength was obtained. It conformed to the production requirements for the product.关键词
