微格教学在外科护理实践教学中的应用效果研究OACSTPCD
Study on application effect of micro teaching in surgical nursing practice teaching
[目的]探讨微格教学在外科护理实践教学中的应用效果。[方法]选取2011级四年制中职护理专业在校生为研究对象,按随机化原则分为对照组(102人)和观察组(104人),对照组学生的外科护理实践教学采用传统教学法,观察组引入微格教学法,比较两组学生的实践技能得分、对教学效果及教师教学技能评分的差异。[结果]观察组学生的实践技能得分、对教学效果评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对教师在导入、提问、讲解、教学语言、变化、组…查看全部>>
