响应面分析法优化枸杞多糖的提取工艺
Optimization of Polysaccharides Extraction from Lycium Barbarum Using Response Surface Analysis

Abstract
According to the evaluation index of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides extraction yield, the effect on three factors including LBP yield of the material liquid ratio, extraction temperature, and extraction time were investigated. The quadratic response surface analysis was carried out. Under the optimized parameters, LBP extraction of quadratic regression equation were obtained. The optimum technological conditions for LBP extraction was gained according to the result:the material liquid ratio was 1:27g/mL, extraction temperature was 81℃, extraction time was 2.5h, and the yield of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides under the condition was 5.03%. In this paper, we discuss the optimum condition for Lycium barbarum polysaccharides extraction, which provided a new platform for the research of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide.关键词
