花椒油树脂提取工艺研究
Study on the Extraction of Pepper Oil Resin
摘要
Abstract
The extraction of pepper oil resin was studied in this paper. We used pepper as experiment material, and used rato of pepper oil resin as response, in order to select the best dissolvent and extraction condition. Basis on single factors of the ratio of solid material to liquid and extraction temperature and extraction time, orthogonal experiments showed that the optimized results is the ratio of solid material to liquid 1:20 and extraction time 2h and extraction temperature 70℃. Basis on such experiment conditions we finally get the optimized figures ratio of extraction of pepper oil resin 32.5%.关键词
