摘要

Abstract

This article measured and analyzed the components and functional characteristics of blood plasma powder and blood cell powder of crocodile, and results showed that crocodile blood was a kind of nutritive material with high protein and low lipid. The unsaturated fatty acid of crocodile blood contained EPA and DHA. Besides, the crocodile blood was rich in essential amino acids, and the content of immunoglobulin G in crocodile plasma reached 20. 89%. The research would contribute to understand crocodile blood sufficiently and provide theoretical foundation for the development of crocodile blood products.
