Abstract
!O!b!jec"tive !!"To analyze early internal and parenteral nutrition effect on the prognosis and complications of acute pancreatitis from 2004 to 2014. !M!e!tho"d ! !"Literature database at home and abroad between January 2004 and January 2014 were retrieved by computer and the prognosis between enteral and parenteral nutrition support treatment for acute pancreatitis were compared, including the mortality rate, infection rate, multiple organ failure and other complications. !R!e!sul"t !!"Early enteral nutrition could effectively reduce the mortality rate, the infection rate, shorten hospital stay, also could reduce the occurrence of complications than parenteral nutrition for acute pancrea-titis. !C!on!cl"usion !!!"For patients with acute pancreatitis, we could use early enteral nutrition on nutritional support treatment as soon as possi-ble.关键词
