Abstract
Alcohols, esters and polyphenols in Petit Verdot dry red wine and other dry red wines were detected by chromatographic analysis technique,and the difference of components were compared among above the dry red wines. The results showed that the contents of diethyl succinate,ethyl lactate,diethyl DL-malate in Petit Verdot dry red wine were higher than other dry red wines, they were important aroma substances for petit Verdot dry red wine.关键词
