摘要

Abstract

The multidisciplinary research techniques in the study of articular cartilage tissue imaging were reviewed.The magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),microscopic MRI (μMRI),polarized light microscopy (PLM),Fourier-transform infrared imaging (FTIRI)and computer tomography (CT)were emphatically introduced.It was pointed out that each technique could probe an aspect of the tissue degradation complex mechanism with its own scientific principles.But in the current study of biomedical problems,the multidis-ciplinary approach is the best.
