Rapid Determination of Dimethyl Fumarate in Instant Noodles by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
摘要
Abstract
A method for the determination of dimethyl fumarate in instant noodles was developed by using gas chromatography with MS detector.and selecting ethyl acetate as extraction solvent ,the condition of ultra-sound assisted extraction temperature and time were optimized.The extract was concentrated and injected into GC-MS,qualitative and quantitative analysis was conducted under selected ion monitoring ( SIM) mode.The method is rapid,simple,and accurate.It can get satisfactory results in the test of dimethyl fumarate in instant noodles.关键词
