Abstract

In order to establish the effects of different soil selenium content, soil moisture content and pHvalueon the seleniumaccumulationin tea plant,Zhongcha 108 wasused asinvestigationmaterials,includingpot experiment and a hydroponic experiment. The result showed that the selenium content in tea plant and the soil selenium content were positively correlated. Drought stress reduced the absorption rate of teaplantfrom soil. Whenthe soil moisture contentwas 90%,the root accumulated the highestselenium(0.527mg·kg-1),and showedextremely significant difference withthatplanted inthe soil moisture contentwas 50%(0.301mg·kg-1).Under different pHconditions,the leavesfrom various treatmentsaccumulate the selenium at therich-seleniumlevelwithin 72 hours, and there is no significant difference in leavesbetween various treatments. After 28 days,there is a significant differencebetween leavesfrom various treatments.The highest selenium content of leaves appeared while the pH value is 3.5, significantlyhigher thanthose inother treatments.It can be inferred thatsoil selenium content, soil moisture content and pHvalue is closely related to the selenium accumulationof teaplant.
