摘要

Abstract

An ultra-wideband (UWB) bandpass filter based on composite right/left handed transmission line (CRLH-TL) was presented. The structure of the proposed filter is quite simple, and the size is 0.288λg×0.105λg (4.58 mm×12.62 mm). The filter has a pass band of 2.9–10.75 GHz, am insertion-loss of less than 0.5 dB, a return-loss of less than –16.5 dB, a sideband suppression ability of –31.5 dB, 3 dB and 10 dB fractional bandwidths are 115% and 153.8%. In order to inhibit the WLAN signal, loaded stub resonator was applied to the filter; its notch depth was more than 20 dB. The test results of filter are consistent with the simulation results. The performances of the filters can meet the requirement of UWB communication systems.
