摘要

Abstract

Ca3Co3.9Cu0.1O9 powder was synthesized by flux method with Bi2O3as cosolvent. The presence of liquid phase Bi2O3 could promote the flowing of Ca3CO3.9Cu0.1O9 plate in order to densify the bulk by hot pressing, then the composite Ca3Co3.9Cu0.1O9/Bi2Ca2Co2Oywas prepared by liquid phase reaction. The phase composition, microstructures and thermoelectric properties were characterized. It is concluded that bulk density and electrical resistivity were improved with the addition of Bi2O3, the maximum power factor of the composite is 4.12×10–4 W·m–1·K–2 at 973 K.
