Application research of weak organic acids in PPy aluminum electrolytic capacitors

Abstract
PPy aluminum electrolytic capacitors were prepared using chemical and electrochemical polymerization. The effects of adding weak organic acids in electrochemical polymerization solutions on the properties of PPy aluminum electrolytic capacitors were investigated by the SEM characterization, electrical performance test and reliability test. The results show that weak organic acids can stabilize the pH value of the polymerization solutions at 2, improve the uniformity and density of the PPy layer and increase the coverage of PPy on the surface of alumina, which can make the capacity of PPy aluminum electrolytic capacitors increased, ESR decreased, and the high temperature reliability improved.关键词
