摘要

Abstract

So as to calculate the stretch ability of PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane) accurately, based on the finite element method, the strain mode of PDMS sheet was simulated by Abaqus 6.14, which was loaded with horizontal displacement, getting the relationship between strain and stress when proportion differed. The results show that under such circumstances, the maximum values of PDMS sheet lie on four vertices and the middle place. Besides, decreasing the flexible substrate’s module of elasticity and Poisson’s ratio can improve the large strain performance, making it more flexible.
