冰亲和吸附装置对胶原抗冻肽的分离纯化
Purification of antifreeze collagen peptides by ice affinity adsorption protocol

Abstract
Antifreeze collagen peptides is a family of peptides which can lowering the freezing point of the system non-colligatively.This plays an important role in protecting organisms from freezing injury and damage.In this study, we studied the ice affinity adsorption equipment, used micro-organisms protection as the index to optimize the condition of purifying pig skin collagen peptides by enzymatic hydrolysis.The optimum conditions were: crude mixture concentration of 1 mg/mL, at-5 ℃ for 10 hour, adsorption twice.After ice affinity adsorption, collagen peptides peaks had better separation effect, the molecular weight mainly distributed within the range of 1000 Da, and major collagen amino acids were Proline and Hydroxyproline.关键词
