Situation and Prospect of Sweet Potato Starch Processing Industry in China
对中国当前甘薯淀粉加工产业现状和问题进行了分析，提出了发展对策和前景展望。目前中国甘薯淀粉加工方式仍然以家庭作坊式、中小型企业机械加工为主，大型企业自动化加工已开始起步。山东、河南等省是目前中国甘薯淀粉生产比较集中的地区。影响甘薯淀粉产业发展的主要制约因素是技术工艺落后、能耗高、环境污染大、副产物综合利用率低等。今后甘薯淀粉产业发展应着力推进规模化、集约化，从根本上改变小而散的加工方式，同时加强高淀粉甘薯品种选育及专用型甘薯淀粉加工机械研制与工艺…查看全部>>
