Abstract
4-years-old Kyoho grape of outdoor cropping with Beta as stock were used as the experimental material to study the effects of selenium amino acid chelate on the fruit and leaf quality of Kyoho grape. The results showed that the fruit quality was improved and the longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, single berry weight, soluble saccharide, titratable acid, Vc content and SOD acitivity of Kyoho grape treated by selenium amino acid chelate were significantly increased. In addition, the leaf quality, thickness of palisade tissue, thickness of spongy tissue, leaf thickness, the ratio of palisade tissue/spongy tissue, SLW, chlorophyll a, the ratio of chlorophyll a/b, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll concentration were also significantly increased.关键词
