Abstract
China has been carrying out the reform of higher education management system, and achieved remarkable results. However, China''s higher education in a new period of turning itself into a powerful country in higher education from what it is now, and the management system is facing the problem of deepening reform. Some of the features of American Higher Education Management System can provide some enlightenment for our country. The management system of higher education in China should overcome the tendency of administration, make the teachers participate in management and adhere to the democratic management;Our Higher Education Management System should change the function and management model of the government and promote the academic freedom and university autonomy;It should promote the rule of law and promote the healthy development of the University.关键词
