利益相关者逻辑下相互作用大学共同治理机制研究
On the Common Governance Mechanismof the Interaction University under the Logic of Stakeholders

Abstract
From global perspective, the interaction university is the concrete manifestation of the gradual transformation of the local university. The diversification of interest subjects is the concentrated expression of the interaction university governance, which can be divided into internal stakeholders and external stakeholders according to the degree of the influence on interaction university''s stakeholders .The status and role of local universities and government, market and society in the interaction universities determine that they have different interests'' demands in common governance. They are necessary to establish the balances and symbiosis mechanism for cooperation game, that is interest -driven mechanism, interest expression mechanism, interest control mechanism, interest benefit sharing and compensation mechanism, by promoting the relationship of the interaction, balance and cooperation between the governance body, to implement the rational of local university governance.关键词
