大学生视角下优秀教师特征研究
On The Characteristics of Excellent Teachers from the Perspective of College Students——Analysis of Z College
摘要
Abstract
The paper discusses the characteristics of outstanding teachers from the perspective of college students based on 367 students of Z College of open-ended survey, combination with the relevant literature, using the grounded theory research method. After three levels of coding after coding,it is summarized as:base of teachers, avenue of teachers, root of teachers. It is found that: "excellence"is whole, which can not be separated from each factor; there are some deviations based on the empirical research and the theoretical study of the experts and scholars;the nature of the curriculum only affects the evaluation of students to teachers to some extent.关键词
